This is a one day training covering Outlaw Biker Gangs and Black Outlaw Biker Gangs. Special Guest William "Billy" Queen will also be presenting. THIS CLASS IS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT, CORRECTIONS OFFICERS, INTELLIGENCE ANALYST,CRIME ANALYST,AND  STATE ATTORNEYS, ONLY.
