Welcome to the ROCIC Spring Conference Vendor Portal.  There are several opportunities for you and your business to be featured at the Spring Event. The Regional Organized Crime Information Center is an organization composed of criminal justice agencies in the southeastern and southwestern United States working together to combat multi-jurisdictional criminal activities. One of six Regional Information Sharing Systems (RISS) Centers, ROCIC has been funded since its inception in 1973 by an annual grant through the U.S. Department of Justice. The Grantee is the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation in Nashville, Tennessee. ROCIC member agencies, totaling approximately 4,100 are represented throughout the 14southeastern states, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and comprise all levels of government--municipal, county, parish, judicial district, state, and federal.
ROCIC CONFERENCES: ROCIC conducts two Membership Information Sharing and Training Conferences annually which rotate among three geographic regions of the ROCIC service area: the eastern, central and western sections. Accordingly to our Constitution and By-laws, ROCIC has held conferences per calendar year since its inception in 1973.


Conference registration and all presentations will be held at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort and Spa.  There are a limited amount of rooms available at the group rate of $139 per night. This rate is available until February 8, 2019 or until the room block fills, whichever comes first. Reserve early as there is no guarantee of this rate once the room block is filled.

 There are no complimentary meals provided by the hotel or the association. Beverages and light refreshments may be provided during the training. Hotel deadline  is February 8 , 2019 - the hotel will not guarantee this rate after this date.

  • Corporate logo displayed periodically on General Sessions screens


Gold Level $525*

Benefits of Silver Level plus+

  • Logo present on Passport Card given to each attendee which allows for one on one exposure to the product/company
  • Door prize to be given away by ROCIC staff on behalf of vendor.

Platimun Level - $575

Benefits of Gold Level plus+

  • Representatives present their door prize at the 2 minute presentation

Passport Program:

The passport program is simply a thank you for your participation during ROCIC’s conference and is included in the Gold and Platinum Level registrations.  Your registration form must be  received no later than February 15, 2019 in order to guarantee that your company will be listed on the passport card. Conference attendees must have his or her passport validated by visiting each participating vendor in order to qualify for a specially selected door prize.

Hilton Sandestin 2018 Policies and Procedures


Due to limited storage space at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort and Spa, there is a $5.00 per package per day storage fee for items received more than three days prior to arrival. Please make sure any packages or materials shipped to the Hotel are properly labeled to ensure prompt delivery:

$15.00 per box delivery charge will apply to all boxes delivered/picked up to/from meeting rooms

$150.00 per pallet per move will apply to all pallets delivered/picked up to/from to meeting rooms

All materials will be delivered directly to the meeting floor or assigned storage area on the group’s set-up date and cannot be left in the loading areas. Additional labor charges will be incurred up to $25.00 for shrink wrapping per pallet, packaging, taping, addressing, and/or providing boxes to be shipped. All exhibit/trade show shipments should be referred to the contracted exhibit company.

All deliveries of any nature must enter and exit the Hotel through the loading dock.
